. . . . . .

2012 Pinot Grigio (Dry) $18.00
Our Pinot Grigio is crisp and clean.  Tropical fruits on the nose, green apple on the front palette with delightful grapefruit hints on the finish. A perfect summer wine!

2010 Chardonnay (Dry) $15.00
Our 2010 Chardonnay is fermented in Stainless Steel and then aged on French Oak.  Lively citrus and warm butterscotch aromas abound on the nose. Light lemon and pear flavors mingle with vanilla and just a hint of spice

2011 Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry) $23.00
Our 2011 Cabernet is a dry, barrel aged red. Ripe red fruits of cherries, plums and cassis mingle with violets and earth. French Oak ageing provides a bit of pepper and blends the aromas of a newly opened cigar box with burning autumn leaves. Just the right balance of smoke and fruit.

2010 "Indian River Red" Vintner's Blend (Dry) $30.00
Indian River Red is the winemaker's select blend of 73% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc & 10% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in French Oak for over 8 months.  2010 was hot and dry producing fruit with intense flavors.  Earthy aromas with smoke, leather and ripe black cherries are predominant on the nose.  Warm peppery flavors tinged with prune make the palette fruit forward with mid-palette tannins structuring the wine into a long, cassis laden finish.

2011 Merlot “Adrift” (Dry) $20.00
Our Merlot is a traditional French styled Merlot which celebrates Merlot's ability to be firm and structured yet smooth and less harsh in it's tannin structure.  Smokey notes laden with raspberry aromas on the nose, the wine shows supple tannins and bright fruit on the palate.  The wine will continue to benefit from bottle aging.

2012 Cape Rose` (Dry) $18.00
Our Cape Rose is traditional French styled Rose`. True Rose` wines exhibit big fruit up front seeming deceptively sweet for a moment, but ending clearly with a succinct, dry finish.  Ours starts with fragrant hints of strawberry on the nose with pronounced fruit up front, rounding out with a clean, tart finish.  The Rose` is not to be confused with blush wines which are sweet.  This is perfect match with seafood.

2012 Laurel’s Red (Semi-Dry Red) $18.00
Laurel’s Red is our “User Friendly” Red Wine. Made 100% from the Chambourcin grape, Laurel’s
Red is produced entirely in Stainless Steel so it is light and fruity. We call this our “Pasta, Pizza, Burgers” Red.

2011 Meadow’s Edge White (Semi-Sweet White) - $13.00
Our light hearted, slightly sweet Meadow’s Edge is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Vidal Blanc. A nice honey sweetness up front dissipates on your palate to a nice clean finish. It won’t leave you with a cloying sweetness.

2012 Peach Ambrosia (Semi-Sweet White) $15.00
Our Peach Ambrosia is 100% fermented peach juice.  No grape juice, no flavor additives, just the real deal.  The nose is heady with the aroma of ripe peaches.  Lush peach flavors marry with just the right amount of sweetness for a perfect dessert wine.  Think peach cobbler or pumpkin pie!.

2011 True Blue Blueberry (Sweet Red) $18.00
True Blue is produced from 100% locally grown blueberries. The berries are fermented on their skins just like we make any our red wines.  No grape juice, no flavor additives.  Just the real deal.  Amazing with dark chocolate and cheesecake!

2011 Delaware White (Sweet White) $13.00
It is called "Delaware" because that is actually the name of the grape.  This sweet whit subtle, with its nose lightly perfumed of honeysuckle.  It starts with a delicate sweetness on the palate and finishes with that classic Delaware grape trait of bright green apple.

2011 Redneck Rouge (Sweet Red) $15.00
Redneck Rouge is an irreverent sweet and spicy red wine.  It is great with Possum, Muskrat, Squirrel and Road Kill.  But seriously, if you like a sweeter red with a little kick of spice then this might be your wine.

*Special Limited Edition / 2010 True Blue Blueberry Reserve (Semi-Dry Red) $35.00
The Reserve Blueberry is a semi-dry, barrel aged wine made from 100% organic blueberries.  This wine will benefit greatly from further bottle aging where it's peppery undertones and complex fruit will intensify.  Only 30 cases made.
