2010
"Indian River Red" Vintner's Blend (Dry) $30.00
Indian River Red is the winemaker's select blend of 73%
Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc & 10% Cabernet Sauvignon aged
in French Oak for over 8 months. 2010 was hot and
dry producing fruit with intense flavors. Earthy
aromas with smoke, leather and ripe black cherries are
predominant on the nose. Warm peppery flavors
tinged with prune make the palette fruit forward with
mid-palette tannins structuring the wine into a long,
cassis laden finish.
2010
Merlot “Adrift” (Dry) $23.00
The Merlot is the second of the 2010 reds to be
released. Our Merlot is a traditional French
styled Merlot which celebrates Merlot's ability to be
firm and structured yet smooth and less harsh in it's
tannin structure. Smokey notes laden with
raspberry aromas on the nose, the wine shows supple
tannins and bright fruit on the palate. The wine
will continue to benefit from bottle aging.
2010 Cape Rose` (Dry) $18.00
Our Cape Rose is traditional French styled Rose`. True
Rose` wines exhibit big fruit up front seeming
deceptively sweet for a moment, but ending clearly with
a succinct dry finish. Ours starts with fragrant
hints of strawberry on the nose with pronounced fruit up
front, rounding out with a clean, tart finish. The
Rose` is not to be confused
with blush wines which are sweet. This is perfect
match with seafood.
2010 Laurel’s Red (Semi-Dry Red) $18.00

2010 Meadow’s Edge White (Semi-Sweet White)-International Gold Medal Winner- $13.00

flavor additives. Just the real deal.
Amazing with dark chocolate and cheesecake!
Delaware White (Sweet White) $13.00
It is called "Delaware" because that is actually the
name of the grape. This sweet whit subtle, with
its nose lightly perfumed of honeysuckle. It
starts with a delicate sweetness on the palate and
finishes with that classic Delaware grape trait of
bright green apple.
2010 Redneck Rouge (Sweet Red) $15.00
