 2007 Chardonnay (Dry) $16.00
Our 2007 Chardonnay is fermented in Stainless Steel and then aged on French Oak for over nine months with the lees being stirred montly. Lively lemon, pear and vanilla aromas abound with a minerally flinty clean finish.
 Cape Rose (Dry) $13.00
Our Cape Rose is traditional French styled Rose. Light and Fruity up front with a crisp, dry finish-not to be confused with blush wines which are sweet.

Our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Bursting ripe cherry and blueberries on the nose with a nice smooth clean finish that tends
to linger.
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard Select (Dry) $23.00
Our 2006 Vineyard Select Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon 7% Cabernet Franc and 7% Merlot. A 100% of the grapes used to make this wine come from the estate vineyard here in Lewes, DE.
 2006 Merlot “Adrift” (Dry) $18.00
The wine is soft and smooth with carefully understated hints of chocolate, complimented by full cherry flavors on the palate. Although it is Full bodied red, it is delicate enough for grilled fish or savory poultry as well.
House Red (Dry) $13.00
Our “House Red”, is a dry blended red. The blend percentages change from year to year but usually contains at least 75%-85% Merlot.
 Laurel’s Red (Semi-Dry Red) $18.00
Laurel’s Red is our “User Friendly” Red Wine. Made 100% from the Chambourcin grape, Laurel’s
Red is produce entirely in Stainless Steel so it is light and fruity. We call this our “Pasta, Pizza, Burgers” Red.
 Meadow’s Edge White (Semi-Sweet White)-International Gold Medal Winner- $13.00
Our light hearted, slightly sweet Meadow’s Edge is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Vidal Blanc. A nice honey sweetness up front dissipates on your palate to a nice clean finish. It won’t leave you with a cloying sweetness.
 Peach Ambrosia (Semi-Sweet White) $15.00
Our Peach Ambrosia is a well crafted fruit wine, again made from 100% peach juice with no
grape juice or flavor additives. Lush with ripe fruit flavors, our Peach Ambrosia makes a wonderful desert wine.
 True Blue Blueberry (Sweet Red) $18.00
True Blue is produced from 100% locally grown organically blueberries from our friends at Blueberry Lane Berry Farm provide us with this great fruit. This wine has big fruit and lively sweetness.
Delaware White (Sweet White) $13.00
Our Delaware White is made 100% from the Delaware grape which is a native varietals to the United States. This is definitely a wine for the sweet tooth with big fruit up front and slight “apple-y” finish. Enjoy!
 Redneck Rouge (Sweet Red) $14.00
This is the wine from the Boons Farm and Night Train Crowd. Redneck Rouge is great with Possum, Muskrat, Squirrel and Road Kill.
