 Cape Rose: (Dry Rose) $12.99
Our Cape Rose is a traditional French styled rose. Light and fruity up front, with a crisp, dry finish this wine is not to be confused with blush wines which are sweet. This rose makes a lovely match with lighter pastas and seafood, especially shellfish! Try it with steamed mussels or clams. The Cape Rose carries one of our artist series labels featuring the painting “First Light” by Abraxas.
 Chardonnay: (Dry, Barrel Aged White) ('06 Vineyard Select) $17.99
This chardonnay is a traditional Chablis styled chardonnay. The wine is delicate yet well balanced. It is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak, so the wine receives just a toasty kiss of oak that still allows the true fruit character to shine through. Lively lemon and pear notes with just a hint of vanilla round out the mouth. The crisp, clean finish makes our Chardonnay the perfect accompaniment to fish, fowl and lighter foods.
 Cabernet Sauvignon: (Dry, Barrel Aged Red) ('05 Cabernet - $18.99)
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a traditional Bordeaux styled blend comprised at least 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and varying parts Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged for over a year in French oak. A full-bodied wine with ripe and supple flavors, it is a great match with red meats, wild fowl or game. Or surprisingly, a great match with chocolate!
 '06 Cabernet - $24.99
Our '06 Vineyard Select Cabernet Sauvignon is comprised of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. A hot dry summer made for beautifully ripe fruit. The '06 vintage is just beginning to show its complexity.
 “Adrift” Merlot:(Dry, Barrel Aged Red) $22.99
Our 100% Merlot carries our newest artist series label by Delaware artist Abraxas. The wine is soft and smooth with carefully understated hints of earthy chocolate, complimented by full cherry flavors on the palate. Although it is a full bodied red, it is delicate enough for a hearty grilled fish or savory poultry. It is rich enough for beef or lamb.
NVV House Red: (Dry, Barrel Aged Red) $12.99
Our “House” red is a dry, blended red. The blend percentages vary from year to year, but do usually
contain around 70%-75% Merlot.
 Laurel's Red: (Semi-Dry Red) $15.99
Laurel's red is our “User – friendly” red wine. Made 100% from the Chambourcin grape, Laurel's red is produced entirely in stainless steel so it is naturally fruity. A full-bodied red that is slightly sweet, we call this our “pasta, pizza, burgers” red. It's a great red for summer as it can be served chilled and it makes a great Sangria!
 Redneck Rouge: (Semi-Sweet & Spicy Red) $12.99
This is a wine for the Night Train crowd; sweet and spicy, Redneck Rouge is great with possum, muskrat, squirrel and roadkill. It's a great gift for your redneck friends. Don't have any? Sure you do! Everybody knows a redneck whether they want to admit it or not. But seriously, this wine is a slightly sweet red with lots of spice. We age the wine with mulling spices, so just like you would make mulled wine at home, we've already done it for you. Gently heat this wine on a cold night and let the cinnamon and nutmeg warm you up!
 Meadow's Edge White: (Semi-Sweet White) $14.99
Our light hearted, slightly sweet Meadow's Edge is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Vidal Blanc. A nice honey sweetness greets you up front then dissipates on your palate to a crisp, clean finish. It won't leave you with a cloying sweetness. It's a perfect sipping wine for those lazy summer afternoons. It also makes a nice aperitif wine.
 Peach Ambrosia:(Semi-Sweet White) $15.99
Our Peach Ambrosia is a well crafted fruit wine produced entirely from peaches. No grape juice and no flavor additives, this is the real deal. Lush, with ripe fruit flavors, our Peach Ambrosia makes a wonderful dessert wine. Try it with Peach Cobbler or at the holidays with Pumpkin Pie.
NVV “House” White: (Semi-Sweet White) $6.99
Our “House” White is a slightly sweet and fruity white comprised mostly from the Vidal grape. The blend ratios may change year to year. Try using it to make white Sangria!
 True Blue Reserve Blueberry: (Semi-Dry Red) $22.99
Our Reserve Blueberry is crafted from 100% locally grown blueberries. No grape juice nor flavor additives were used. This wine has great structure, intense flavor and carries all those powerful antioxidents too! Structurally sound enough to use with an entree, but also makes a great dessert wine, this wine ages impeccably well.
True Blue Blueberry: (Sweet Red) $22
Our regular Blueberry wine, like our reserve, is produced 100% from locally grown blueberries. Our friends at Blueberry Lane Berry Farm provide us with great locally grown fruit. The regular blueberry is less intense than its “big brother” with a softer mouth feel. This wine has big fruit and lively sweetness.
